The adventure begins again and so far with the exception of the whole Booker T Legends of Wrestling fan festival, it's all been great so far. VIP tickets for Axxess was well worth the money spent as we got to meet John Cena and Rey Mysterio last night during their Q & A as well as get up during the matches filmed for Smackdown tonight.
Autographs gotten last night - Christian & Katie Lea; Layla & William Regal; Jesse & Festus; Rey Mysterio & Tommy Dreamer. More to come tonight as well as Saturday. Holly hogged Jesse, they bonding over being from Tennessee.
The Booker t Legends of Wrestling has to have been the worst organized convention I have ever seen or heard about. There was only a handful of wrestlers but you had to wait more then an hour to get a ticket just so you could get a picture or autograph. The tackiest part for both Holly and I that had us leaving early was 'The Truth Behind the Christ Benoit Tragedy' being presented by both Booker T and Chris Nowinski for $20 dollars a pop. Maybe it was just us but we felt that was in bad taste and something that definitely didn't need to be explioted for a quick buck, kids charity or not.
